During this week's Grey's Anatomy, Meredith is officially back to work - but not everyone is happy about that. Since Mer is more focused on her children than surgery, Cristina gets increasingly frustrated, finally deciding to replace Meredith with Bailey on a surgery, leading to a big confrontation between the pair. But that was the least of the drama at Grey Sloan when Arizona and Callie both took a step towards moving on. Let's check out the top moments from Thursday's episode:

Forbidden kiss: Meredith and Derek have been relying on Callie to help them raise all the kids at Casa de McMansion, so when Callie bids Mer adieu before work, Mer goes in for a kiss. Ha! But that won't last long because Callie is...

Moving on: Arizona remembers that Leah showed up at her doorstep after the fundraising gala when she was drunk, so things get pretty awkward between. After Callie decides to kick Arizona out of her apartment, Leah offers up her place, which makes Arizona finally question what they did the night of the gala. It turns out, they just hung out. It was the first time Leah felt like someone finally understood her. But since Arizona called her pretty, things seem to be headed into new territory. Does this mean the end of Calzona? Callie did get to dance in her underwear again!

Caught red-handed: When Catherine Avery comes to check on Richard, she finds Jackson and Stephanie making out in an on-call room. Being mortified is second only to having to deal with a man who essentially had sex with a hornet's nest. Stephanie has to rely on Catherine to help with the man's giant penis, which actually ends up helping them bond.

Alex's got the blues: Alex's dad is still recovering at the hospital, where Jo hopes to get him into rehab. But Jimmy refuses to go since he doesn't like to let anyone down. Alex also fails to confront his father to push him in the right direction. But based on the promos for next week, that probably won't last.

Exploding boobs: Meredith and Cristina are finally able to do what they set out to do - groundbreaking surgeries alongside each other - but Meredith is pretty rusty since going on maternity leave. She even has to interrupt one of their friend moments to go pump. The duo hit a rough patch when Cris points out that Mer decided to let up in her quest to be a surgeon because she's more focused on family. Ruh-roh.

Is this the end for Mer/Cris and Calzona? Hit the comments!

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9/8c on ABC.
