Arizona was put through the wringer during Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy as she not only dealt with the loss of her prosthetic leg, but also the possible loss of her wife.

It all starts when Jo and Stephanie find a baby near the dumpster, who they fondly name Oscar. Get it, Sesame Street fans? Stephanie accidentally hits Arizona with a gurney, breaking her prosthetic, forcing the peds doc to use her old fake leg that squeaks and gives her a gnarly blister.

While Arizona is trying to juggle multiple patients, she learns that Leah was the one who filed the complaint and she must go to HR to answer questions. However, the complaint is against Callie, not Arizona. Leah filed it because she thought Callie put a patient's life in danger to teach Leah a lesson after learning that she slept with her wife.

Naturally, this means that Callie is also having a bad day, made worse when Arizona agrees with a patient to do a double amputation. The bad news just keeps piling on when Derek tells Callie that the White House wants him to discontinue their trial so the brain mapping sensors will be proprietary property of the NIH program.

Meanwhile, Alex is suspended from surgery for three days after telling off the board over the new rule. Jo is also removed from pediatric rotation. Meredith tries to help out by getting HR to create a love contract, which will essentially allow them to keep dating despite the rules. However, Alex fears that the contract will only exacerbate their recent commitment issues, and Jo will either leave him or, worse, she'll pull an Izzie and leave the program.

There's also some playful flirting between Cristina and Owen when she tries to chide him for breaking up with Emma. Owen thinks Cristina wants to make sure he finds someone new so she won't feel guilty about not giving him what she wants in life. Speaking of Cristina, there's also a nice bonding moment between her and Arizona where they talk about the dreams they still have about the plane crash. Boy, I'm going to miss Sandra Oh on Grey's.

And after Stephanie also hits Jackson with a gurney, she finally tells him that she basically hates him and will henceforth act like he doesn't exist. Moving on.

But the episode ends on a great note with Callie coming home angry over having to deal with Arizona's ex. At first, it seems like this could be another cut - a la a relationship dying by 1,000 cuts - but Arizona admits that she's finally starting to figure out her new self. When Callie walks out, she thinks all hope is lost, but her wife returns with Arizona's old trademark wheelie sneakers, which she earlier told Callie to throw away. The episode ends with Callie helping Arizona try to skate around again. Too cute.

Do you think Callie and Arizona can make it? Do you hope to see more cute and flirty Cristina and Owen?

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9/8c on ABC.
